New to Solar Technology International, is the small and mighty Lifos Go 72 - the latest addition to the Lifos Go range of advanced lithium leisure batteries. Designed to deliver long-lasting power on the move, it’s the ideal choice when space and weight savings are top priorities.
Benefitting from the latest advanced cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate battery technology (LiFePO4), Lifos Go 72 has the equivalent energy of a 130Ah lead acid battery yet it’s a third smaller in size and a quarter of the weight.
The energy dense battery is compact and powerful and at just 188mm tall, 299.6mm long and 179mm wide it fits perfectly under the driver’s seat of a VW T5 and T6. Rigorous testing and evaluation to achieve ECE regulation R10 means that Lifos 72Ah is a popular choice for campervan manufacturers.
Fitted with Bluetooth app connectivity, the battery’s performance can be monitored on an Android or Apple smart device and information includes current, voltage, power (w) and state of charge. An alert warns of a low state of discharge giving ample time for recharge.
A new feature on the Lifos Go 72 is an on/off button to ensure the BMS can be switched off so the battery cannot discharge when it’s not being used.
For applications when a power bank is needed, up to four Lifos Go 72 batteries can be connected in series or and each battery’s internal BMS ensures all the lithium cells are perfectly balanced to give outstanding and reliable performance.
Lifos Go 72Ah retails at £699 and comes with a five year warranty.
